“X”-Where we Exchange and Cross:
DJ Lab actively interacts with various partners regardless of country, place, age, or gender to exchange information both online and in person at DJ HAYAMA BASE. We are collaborating ideas on how we can exist, learn, work, bring up children, and live in harmony with nature and digital environment, in the context of WILD World.
DJ Labでは、通常は自由にオンラインで、時にはDJ HAYAMA BASEで自然に触れながらWorkshopとして、国や場所、年齢や性別を問わず、様々のパートナーたちとの情報交換や議論を積極的に行っています。WILD Worldにおけるこれからの人の在り方、社会の在り方、教育、働き方、育児、自然との共生、デジタルとの共生など様々なテーマについての意見をまとめています。

The digitalization will continue to progress even more by the time my young children become adults. Today we live in a digital world, however, that does not mean we will lose many things that touch our hearts such as nature, art, amazing performances by athletes, and tradition and culture that we have inherited. Nevertheless, the way we pass on the legacy built in the real world to the next generation will change. By combining our WILD World concept, we believe that we are able to not only hand down but also enhance the value of such legacies. It is our goal to be able to assist in such evolution in as many areas as possible.

TATSUYA KAMIMURA aka. TK
Tatsuya took on various executive roles including Japan CEO of European and American companies, and Board member of established large Japanese company, and established Derive Japan (DJ) in HAYAMA - JAPAN in 2017 to help people and companies/organizations to adopt themselves to the WILD World (WILD = Work In Life, Life In Digital).
私の小さな子供達が大人になっている時、今までがそうであったように、世界はもっとデジタル化されているでしょう。
この世界はすでにデジタルの中にあります。でも、私たちの心を感動させて楽しませてくれる雄大な自然や素晴らしい芸術、スポーツ選手たちの一流のパフォーマンス、紡がれてきた伝統や文化の価値がなくなると言う事ではありません。
ただ、その価値を受け渡す形は変わるでしょう。我々の言うところのWILD Worldに今あるリアルな価値は適応する事で、より高い価値を生み出すと信じています。我々は、出来るだけ多くの分野でそんな進化のお手伝いをすることが出来ればと思っています。
